What we collect

Account details (name, email), business profile information, and the content you upload (such as artwork and photos). We process payments through a third-party payment provider and do not store full card details.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: creating listings, matching advertisers with spaces, processing bookings and payments, and sending transactional notifications about your account and bookings.

Sharing

Booking parties see the information needed to complete a booking (for example, a host sees an advertiser's artwork and profile). We share data with service providers who help us run the platform, under appropriate safeguards.

Your choices

You can update your profile, manage notification preferences, and request access to or deletion of your data, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations under New Zealand law.
