Why events list with us

A fit, local crowd that spends on itself

Triathletes and their supporters are exactly who physios, bike shops, cafes and gyms want to reach. Aid stations and bibs are an easy yes for a local business.

  • Sponsors find you

Local businesses browse what your event offers and ask to back it. No more committee members ringing round the same five businesses every year.

  • Every sponsorship priced

A ribbon, a station, a prize or the whole naming rights, each with its own price and booked online. Nobody has to wait for a proposal.

  • Local businesses, local crowd

The businesses that book want to be seen by fit, active locals and their supporters, which is exactly who comes to your event.

What you can list

Stations, bibs and the kids race

List each one on its own, for the dates it runs. You set the price for each.

Look after your sponsors

What a business gets from backing your race

Add any of these to a listing so a business can see exactly what they get. Sponsors who feel thanked are the ones who come back next year.

  • A relay team in the race

Their staff racing, and thanked at the finish.

  • Presenting spot prizes

    On stage at prizegiving.

  • Sampling at the aid station

    Their product in athletes' hands.

  • Posts on your socials

    Thanked in the results post.

How it works

It's this easy

  1. 1

    List it

A photo and a price. Free.

  2. 2

    They find you

A local advertiser books your space.

  3. 3

    Advert arrives

It's sent to you or dropped in.

  4. 4

    Put it up

Snap a quick photo so they know it's up.

  5. 5

    You beauty!

All done. The money goes to your bank.

You never design or print a thing. The advert is always supplied to you.

Supporting local

Every booking gives to a charity you choose.

Pick a local cause that matters to you, and every time a business books one of your sponsorships a donation goes to it. It never comes out of your pocket.

Does it cost anything to list?

No. Listing is free, there is no monthly fee and no lock-in contract. You are paid the full price you set.

What should we charge?

Up to you. Most NZ events never publish prices, so having every sponsorship priced and bookable online already puts you ahead. Small named things like a ribbon, a station or a prize often start from $50 to $500.

Do we have to take every sponsor who asks?

No. You see who the business is and what they want before you say yes, and you can decline anyone who does not suit your event.

We only run once a year. Is it worth it?

Yes. List each sponsorship for the dates it runs, and it comes down when the event is over. List it again next year in a couple of minutes.
