Why clubs list with us
Every family in the club, every week of summer
Club night brings the whole family down to the track, week after week from October to March, and parents stand around the finish line and the long jump pit for hours. Local businesses want to be seen there. List what you have and let them ask.
New sponsors find you
Local businesses browse what your athletics club offers and ask to back you. No more committee members ringing round the same five businesses every pre-season.
More money for the juniors
Sponsors keep club fees down, pay for new hurdles, starting blocks and timing gear, and help the kids get to the regional champs.
Closer ties with local business
Every sponsor becomes part of the club: they come down on a Saturday, they get thanked in front of everyone, and the members return the favour by shopping with them.
What you can list
Flags, signs and club nights
List each one on its own, by the week, the month or the whole season. You set the price for each.

What a sponsor gets from your club, not just a logo
Add any of these to a listing so a business can see exactly what backing you gets them. Sponsors who feel part of the club are the ones who come back next season.

How it works
It's this easy
- 1
List it
A photo and a price. Free.
- 2
They find you
A local advertiser books your space.
- 3
Advert arrives
It's sent to you or dropped in.
- 4
Put it up
Snap a quick photo so they know it's up.
- 5
You beauty!
All done. The money goes to your bank.
You never design or print a thing. The advert is always supplied to you.
Supporting local
Every booking gives to a charity you choose.
Pick a local cause the club cares about, and every time a business books one of your sponsorships a donation goes to it. It never comes out of the club's pocket, and it is something to tell your members about at prizegiving.
Does it cost the club anything?
No. Listing is free, there is no monthly fee and no lock-in contract. The club is paid the full price it sets.
What should we charge?
Up to you. As a rough guide, a flag or an A-frame for the season usually goes for a few hundred dollars, and a club night or the club champs for more. Start there and adjust.
Who supplies the flags and signs?
The sponsor sends the artwork or the finished flag, so the club never has to print a thing. You put it out on club night and take it in afterwards.
Do we have to take every sponsor who asks?
No. You see who the business is before you say yes, and you can decline anyone who does not fit the club.
Who on the committee looks after it?
Usually the club manager or treasurer. One login, and others can be given access too.
