For gymnastics clubs

A banner where parents wait, a sponsor for every comp.

List pull-up banners, canvas signs and competition sponsorships once, and local businesses ask to back your gymnastics club. You approve every one, and the money goes straight to the club.

  • Free to list
  • You approve every sponsor
  • Money straight to the club

Why clubs list with us

Parents watching through the window, every week

Gymnastics parents sit in reception or on the viewing rail for an hour or more, twice a week, and competition days fill the gym with families. Local businesses want to be in front of them. List what you have and let them ask.

  • New sponsors find you

Local businesses browse what your gymnastics club offers and ask to back you. No more committee members ringing round the same five businesses every pre-season.

  • More money for the juniors

Sponsors keep fees down, pay for new mats and equipment, and help gymnasts get to competitions and nationals.

  • Closer ties with local business

Every sponsor becomes part of the club: they come down on a Saturday, they get thanked in front of everyone, and the members return the favour by shopping with them.

What you can list

Banners, signs and competitions

List each one on its own, by the week, the month or the whole season. You set the price for each.

Look after your sponsors

What a sponsor gets from your club, not just a logo

Add any of these to a listing so a business can see exactly what backing you gets them. Sponsors who feel part of the club are the ones who come back next season.

  • A seat at the club comp

Welcome at the club competition with a front row seat and a coffee.

  • Thanked out loud

Thanked at the competition medal ceremony and the end of year show.

  • A banner where parents wait

Their pull-up banner in reception, seen by every family at every session.

  • A sign on the viewing rail

A canvas sign right where parents stand to watch.

  • Posts on the club's socials

Their logo on competition results and a thank you post when they sign up.

  • A have-a-go session

Bring their team's kids down for a free session on the club.

How it works

It's this easy

  1. 1

    List it

A photo and a price. Free.

  2. 2

    They find you

A local advertiser books your space.

  3. 3

    Advert arrives

It's sent to you or dropped in.

  4. 4

    Put it up

Snap a quick photo so they know it's up.

  5. 5

    You beauty!

All done. The money goes to your bank.

You never design or print a thing. The advert is always supplied to you.

Supporting local

Every booking gives to a charity you choose.

Pick a local cause the club cares about, and every time a business books one of your sponsorships a donation goes to it. It never comes out of the club's pocket, and it is something to tell your members about at prizegiving.

Does it cost the club anything?

No. Listing is free, there is no monthly fee and no lock-in contract. The club is paid the full price it sets.

What should we charge?

Up to you. As a rough guide, a banner or canvas sign for a term usually goes for a few hundred dollars, and naming rights to a competition for more. Start there and adjust.

Who supplies the banners?

The sponsor sends the artwork or the finished banner, so the club never has to print a thing. You stand it up and take a quick photo so they know it is up.

Do we have to take every sponsor who asks?

No. You see who the business is before you say yes, and you can decline anyone who does not fit the club.

Who on the committee looks after it?

Usually the club manager or office. One login, and others can be given access too.
