Why clubs list with us
Long summer Saturdays and whole families at the diamond
Softball fills a summer weekend: juniors in the morning, seniors in the afternoon, and parents in camp chairs behind the backstop for all of it. That is exactly the crowd a local business wants to be in front of. List what you have and let them ask.
New sponsors find you
Local businesses browse what your softball club offers and ask to back you. No more committee members ringing round the same five businesses every pre-season.
More money for the juniors
Team sponsors and Player of the Day vouchers keep junior fees down, pay for new bats, gloves and helmets, and get teams to tournaments.
Closer ties with local business
Every sponsor becomes part of the club: they come down on a Saturday, they get thanked in front of everyone, and the members return the favour by shopping with them.
What you can list
From T-ball to the premier grade
List each one on its own, by the week, the month or the whole season. You set the price for each.

What a sponsor gets from your club, not just a logo
Add any of these to a listing so a business can see exactly what backing you gets them. Sponsors who feel part of the club are the ones who come back next season.
A beer and a meal on Saturday
A sausage and a drink at the clubrooms after the game, with the team they back.
Thanked out loud
Thanked at prizegiving and after the big games, in front of players and families.
A flag at the entrance
Their teardrop flag at the diamond entrance every home Saturday.
A sign in the clubrooms
A framed sign in the clubrooms.
Posts on the club's socials
Their logo on the weekly results post and a thank you post when they sign up.
Team photo for their wall
A framed team photo in the sponsor's uniforms, for their shop or office.
How it works
It's this easy
- 1
List it
A photo and a price. Free.
- 2
They find you
A local advertiser books your space.
- 3
Advert arrives
It's sent to you or dropped in.
- 4
Put it up
Snap a quick photo so they know it's up.
- 5
You beauty!
All done. The money goes to your bank.
You never design or print a thing. The advert is always supplied to you.
Supporting local
Every booking gives to a charity you choose.
Pick a local cause the club cares about, and every time a business books one of your sponsorships a donation goes to it. It never comes out of the club's pocket, and it is something to tell your members about at prizegiving.
Does it cost the club anything?
No. Listing is free, there is no monthly fee and no lock-in contract. The club is paid the full price it sets.
What should we charge?
Up to you. Real New Zealand club price lists usually run from about $100 to $500 for the small things, $1,000 to $2,500 for team and kit sponsors, and $3,000 and up for naming rights. Start there and adjust.
Do we have to take every sponsor who asks?
No. You see who the business is before you say yes, and you can decline anyone who does not fit the club.
Our season is summer only. Is it worth it?
Yes. List by the season. Plenty of businesses want summer, when families are outdoors and spending.
We share the diamond with the council. Can we still list signs?
List what the club controls, like your uniforms, the clubrooms and Player of the Day. Check anything on council land with the council first.
